Generates an HTML <ul> list from the validation errors in the collection.
o.ToHtml(llAddName)
Parameters
llAddName
If .t. adds the name of the objectname to the end of the error message as " for " + loError.cObjectName. Note names may not be suitable for display in the UI as they'll be referencing control or field names most of the time. Use with care.
