Technical Support
For technical support, bugs, feature requests or general usage discussion, there are a couple of avenues available to you:
Bugs, Feature Requests and General Questions (Message Board)
For any bug reports, feature requests or for general discussions around using Web Connection, come and post on the West Wind Message board in the Web Connection forum section.License Retrieval
If you need to find your license keys you can access your user profile in our Web Store and look at individual invoices. Each invoice displays your license key(s).
Bug Reports: Please provide Version Info
If you post bug reports, please be specific and mention the version of Web Connection you are using. Describe your issue, and if possible, provide a simple reproducible scenario.
If you are posting code blocks please use the Markdown Code Block option on the Markdown Editor Toolbar to format your code so it is readable.
Find your License
A common request is how to find your license information and registration key, for use with a new machine or a lost registration for an existing machine.
License information is stored with your orders in your West Wind Store account:
Log into your West Wind Store Account
Orders are listed at the bottom of your user profile. Click into into the specific order and then click Resend Confirmations to resend the license and download information confirmation email.
Don't have your Account?
If you can't remember your password, you can recover your password on the log in page via the Forgot your Password? link.
If you can't remember your email address used for the account you can contact us at sales@west-wind.com and provide us with one or more of the following from your original order:
- Order Number
- Your Name and/or Company
- Your Email Address
- Any other uniquely identifying information Note: We'll only confirm emails back to the original email or same company address.
