Opens a table exclusively if possible.
o.OpenExclusive(lcTable, lcAlias)
.T. or .F.
Parameters
lcTable
Filename to open.
lcAlias
Alias to open in. If not provided no alias is explicitly assigned (ie. the filename is the alias).
